RCM · 0 to 1 Platform Build

Alleva RCM Platform: Concept to Launch

Architected and launched a full end-to-end RCM SaaS platform covering settings, electronic claims (professional and institutional), payment posting, ERA, eligibility, integrated credit-card payments and plans, and customizable statements — delivered as both a standalone product and EMR-integrated solution. Negotiated vendor contracts with Waystar and Nexio in parallel with the product build.

Valant IOP/PHP Vertical Launch & Go-to-Market

Launched Valant's first Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization vertical from 0 to 1: defined MVP, owned roadmap, and shipped charting, utilization review (clinical, admin, and billing workflows), authorization rules, and institutional billing logic (UB-04/837I). Owned the full go-to-market: authored enablement articles, built internal training programs, produced videos, conducted interviews, and created demo and secret shopping scripts that allowed Valant to sell into an entirely new market.
